Ask us a questionWhat happens after I submit my inquiry form?
Shortly after submitting your inquiry form, you should receive an email with instructions to pay your planning fee and a form to provide additional details about your trip.
You can wait for this email or visit the Planning Fees section of our website to review your selected service and fee.
When will I receive my travel quotes?
Expect your travel quotes within 4–5 days of your inquiry. Quotes may arrive sooner depending on our current workload.
How long are my quotes valid?
You have 30 days from the date your proposals are sent to decide whether to book. Prices and availability are subject to change until the required deposit or payment is made and your booking is confirmed.
If you wish to book after the 30-day window, you’ll need to submit a new consultation form so we can review your plans and provide updated pricing and availability.

Planning and booking support includes helping you find transportation and excursions, along with passport and visa assistance for your destination when applicable. We’ll also help with the booking and pre-travel details included in your selected service.

Whether you’re considering a cruise or a trip and haven’t decided where to go, simply let us know on your inquiry form. I’ll follow up with you during the planning process to help explore your options.
Start your inquiryAre planning fees refundable?
Planning fees are non-refundable once your planning service is booked. If you select and pay for the wrong service, we’ll review your needs and either send an invoice for the difference or issue a partial refund for any overpayment.
We understand that circumstances can change. To request an exception, email hello@remedeserenecollective.travel. Our team aims to provide a final decision within 48–72 hours of receiving your request, although response times may vary depending on workload. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed.
Is the planning fee part of my trip cost?
Planning fees are separate from flights, accommodations, cruises, and other travel costs. See the Planning Fees page for each service’s price and the number of curated quote options included.
