After you submit your inquiry form, you should receive a follow-up email in about an hour, though timing may vary. It will include payment options for your selected consultation or planning service and an additional travel-details form. Submit your payment and completed form to finish the inquiry process. You can wait for this email or visit our Planning Fees page now to review your selected service and fee.

Expect your travel quotes within 4–5 days of your inquiry. Quotes may arrive sooner depending on our current workload.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent. After 30 days, a new consultation must be booked to continue planning.

Planning fees cover your selected planning service and are separate from flights, accommodations, cruises, and other travel costs.
